Child labour ban mostly on paper

On 10 October last year, India celebrated the somber anniversary of a law whose hopes were high three years ago. In 2006 the Indian Parliament increased the scope of the prohibition of child labor in the fields of catering and domestic work. Any violation of this law could lead to two years in prison.But the organization Bachpan Bachao Andolan (Save the Childhood Movement) has recently filed an application for monitoring the effectiveness of this law. The sad fact is: there were very few inspections since 2006, none since April 2008. 1700 cases of child labor have been identified throughout India by the authorities, including 1460 in Andhra Pradesh, for only 138 prosecutions.Yet in 2001, 185 595 cases of children working as domestic servants have been identified.In reality, authorities say they are overwhelmed. The law requires the rehabilitation of children and their monitoring so they do not return to work, but the authorities lack the manpower to make effective the application of this law.NGOs to help exploited children now appear more necessary than ever.

How Insensitive

skin eh the largest organ in the body. Protects us, keeps us together. Literally, let us know how we feel.
The skin can be soft and vulnerable. Very sensitive, easy to get hurt.
The skin does not matter for a surgeon in the cut, go in and discover the secrets underneath it. Eh precise delicacy and sensitivity.
No matter how we try to be insensitive ......... ha millions of nerve endings in the skin ..... open and exposed, and feeling too much.
We strive to not feel pain.
Eh sometimes unavoidable, sometimes .. you're just what we have left, just ... FEEL.

   TWO FRIENDS WERE WALKING THROUGH THE DESERT.
   DURING SOME POINT OF THE JOURNEY, THEY HAD AN ARGUMENT; AND ONE FRIEND
   SLAPPED THE OTHER ONE IN THE FACE

   AFTER HE RECOVERED FROM THE NEAR DROWNING, HE WROTE ON A STONE:
   'TODAY MY BEST FRIEND SAVED MY LIFE'
   THE FRIEND WHO HAD SLAPPED AND SAVED HIS BEST FRIEND ASKED HIM, 'AFTER I HURT YOU, YOU WROTE IN THE SAND AND NOW, YOU WRITE ON A STONE, WHY?'
   THE FRIEND REPLIED 'WHEN SOMEONE HURTS US WE SHOULD WRITE IT DOWN
   IN SAND, WHERE WINDS OF FORGIVENESS CAN ERASE IT AWAY.
   BUT, WHEN SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING GOOD FOR US, WE MUST ENGRAVE IT IN STONE
   WHERE NO WIND CAN EVER ERASE IT'
   LEARN TO WRITE YOUR HURTS IN THE SAND AND TO CARVE YOUR BENEFITS IN STONE.
   THEY SAY IT TAKES A MINUTE TO FIND A SPECIAL PERSON, AN HOUR TO APPRECIATE THEM, A DAY TO LOVE THEM,
   BUT THEN, AN ENTIRE LIFE TO FORGET THEM.
